What payment frequency options are available?We offer monthly and quarterly installments or full
pay frequency options. There is a $3 service charge for
each monthly and quarterly installment. You will receive
$2 off the monthly or quarterly service charge by choosing
the electronic fund transfer (EFT) option of payment. There
is no service charge if you select the full pay frequency
option.
How do I change my payment frequency option?You can change it by contacting your local Alfa branch
office.
Can I have my payments automatically deducted
from my bank account?Yes, your premium payment
can be automatically deducted from your bank account using
EFT. You will receive $2 off the monthly or quarterly service
charge by choosing the EFT option of payment. Contact your
local Alfa branch office for assistance.
How do I make a payment? Use the
return envelope that was included with your bill, or pay
in person at any local Alfa branch office. If mailing, please
allow for mail time so that the payment is received on or
before the due date.
