To improve Alfa’s service to you, a new multi-car policy will change the way you are billed for insurance. This new billing is already in place for our Alabama and Mississippi customers and is currently being phased in for our Georgia customers.

• As your vehicles come up for renewal, they will be added to the new system
• A declaration detailing vehicles insured, rates and policy coverages will be mailed separately from your bill
• ID cards will be included with your declaration (policy information)
