Alfa Insurance^® automatically includes many extra protection features as additional coverages in the policy. Some of these are:

• Payments up to $50 a day for loss of wages when you are required to attend a trial or hearing at our request

With comprehensive or collision coverage, you receive:

• Payment of up to $200 for loss of clothes and luggage owned by you or a family member
• Payment, up to the limits of the policy, for transportation expenses because of the theft of the entire covered car

With medical payments coverage, you receive:

• Regardless of fault, coverage for reasonable, necessary medical and funeral services for a covered person injured in your covered car, or if you as a pedestrian are injured by a car up to the limits provided by the policy
• Payment for a bed for you or spouse staying overnight in the hospital with a family member who is in the hospital as a result of a covered loss

Optional coverages can be added for a small additional charge to further tailor your coverage. Some of these include:

• Emergency road service provides towing of up to $75 and up to one hour of mechanical aid at the place of disablement up to the limits of the policy
• Loss of income pays 85 percent of your monthly income, up to $750 per month for up to one year after the date of the car accident, if you can't work due to a car accident injury
• Loss of use and travel expense provides $25 per day (Alabama and Mississippi) rental car coverage due to a comprehensive or collision loss. Loss of use coverage options available on Georgia multi-car policies are $30, $40, $50 or $100 per day.
